Kes rasuah yang melibatkan dua warganegara Malaysia, Thana Segar dan Shokri akan didengari di Mahkamah Singapura hari ini, 31 Mei. Manakala oang ke 3 yang disyaki terlibat, Selvarajan Letchuman, seorang warganegara Singapura turut dikenakan pertuduhan yang sama.

Selvarajan Letchuman, 49, has been identified as the Singaporean involved in the LionsXII match-fixing case that made the headlines last week.
Former footballer Thana Segar S. Sinnaiah, 38, and Malaysian Super League referee Shokri Nor, 47, were charged in Singapore court last Thursday morning for alleged corruption charges.
Selvarajan is accused of offering Shokri RM15,500 in a Penang hotel room to fix the outcome of the LionsXII-Sarawak match on May 22.
Shokri who was the designated referee for the match in question was dropped just before kick-off, being replaced by Mohd Tarmizi.
LionsXII went on to record a 3-0 win, and according to officials the integrity of the match itself is not in question and no players or team officials are believed to be linked to the arrests.
Earlier this month two Koreans, including a former S.League regular with Geylang United, were jailed for similar offences. Kim Jae Hong, 27 and Jeon Byungeuk, 24 were sentenced to between 5 to 10 months in prison.
The maximum penalty for attempted bribery is a five year jail term and a S$100,000 fine.
The case against Thana Segar and Shokri will be heard on May 31, and both men are currently out on bail.
